Privacy Policy – C.H.A. CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED

1. What is this document about?

This document explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information in connection with our service. In this document when we use the term “we” or “us” it is a reference to C.H.A. CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED. We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and maintain robust physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information in our care.

6.3. C.H.A. CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED is required to collect, use and disclose your personal information to source and provide the products and services requested by you or on your behalf. 

6.4. Unless you tell us not to, we may disclose your personal information to the following types of organisations:

6.4.1. Purchasers and Potential Purchasers;

6.4.2. Related parties and or corporations;

Other organisations which assist us (such as designers, translators, lawyers, accountants, financial planners, estate agents);

6.4.3. Organisations with whom we have alliances and arrangements and any agents used by us in administering such an alliance or arrangement; and

6.4.4. Any other organisation that may wish to, or has acquired, an interest in your advertisement or purchase enquiry, or in our media business.

6.5. By advertising with us, you agree that we may collect and use your personal information as specified above. 

6.6. By advertising with us you agree to its terms. It forms a legal contract between us. 

If you have any questions, ask before you purchase a subscription to advertise with us.

6.7. Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity. Accordingly, we may choose to disclose your personal information to law enforcement and government authorities at our discretion.

7. Trans Border Data Flows

In providing our services to you it may be necessary for us to forward personal information to relevant overseas third-party service providers. Please let us know if you have any objections to such transfers

8. How do we use cookies?

8.1. Sometimes we use cookies to track your internet browsers behaviour, and also to store your favourite settings when you use our website.

9.6. If you wish to access the personal information we hold about you, you can do so by making a request to us.

From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise this Policy. We reserve the right to change our Policy at any time, should this occur the amendment would be posted on our website.
